Group Reiki
+ Sound Bath

Reiki is a wonderful addition to a group sound bath for a blended wellness session.

As one of the facilitators for House of Moon you can find me offering weekend Reiki + Sound Baths alongside other wonderful practitioners at The Mandrake Hotel in central London as part of the Spiritual Wellbeing Programme.

If you’ve not experienced Reiki before a group session is a great way to try it out!

As you rest comfortably on a soft mattress, beautiful relaxing sounds wash over the room, while the practitioner visits each person in turn offering gentle hands-on healing.

By combining two healing modalities you are able to fully immerse your senses, becoming aware of the subtle energies within the body.
